Heavily available online data and its day to day expansion is need to be focus to store and retrieve it properly. This enforces the data owners tend to store their data into the cloud. This also suggest to handle the data properly and so release the burden of data storage and maintenance. But as the data owner and user, cloud server are not belong to same trusted domain, this may cause the outsourced to the risk. This enforce us to set the policy to avoid such risk factor. This gives us study scope to fine the different techniques to overcome such issue observed by different author. In this paper we try to underline the different solution, its limitation and results they achieved for retrieval of data securely and within less time. Definitely from this we will be able to propose our own solution

This paper deals with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) using Artificial Neural Network. The ANPR system includes steps like pre-processing, localization, character segmentation and character recognition. The developed system first detects the vehicle and then captures the vehicle image. The captured image is pre-processed in order to enhance it for further processing. In localization the license plate region is located and cropped from the complete image. In character segmentation images of individual alpha-numeric characters are extracted from the localized plate. In this paper, we proposed Neural Network based character recognition. Scaled Conjugate Gradient Backpropogation algorithm is used for training the neural network. This system is implemented in MATLAB R2014b

In order to decrease the consumer return transaction cost, e-commerce platform Alibaba invited an insurance company to develop a new type of insurance to compensate consumers for returns, which is called return-freight insurance. The new insurance has resulted in online return\u27s explosive growth. However, some online retailers still choose to offer complimentary return-freight insurance to signal their products\u27 quality. Using signaling theory, we build a conceptual economic model to explore what kind of online retailer should adopt this strategy under incomplete information. Based on the fact that each product\u27s return probability, profit, and insurance compensation are different, our main results show the separating equilibria, where only high-quality online retailers will offer complimentary return-freight insurance. Interestingly, return-freight insurance profit and compensation play different roles in the signal effect. The insurance premium plays a deep role while the compensation plays at the surface, because consumers could only observe the compensation when purchasing

De-duplication is a technique used to weaken the amount of storage needed by service providers. Now a day the most originating challenge is to perform secure de-duplication in cloud storage. Although convergent encryption has been extensively adopted for secure de-duplication, a demanding issue of making convergent encryption practical is to efficiently and reliably managea massive number of convergent keys. We first introduce a baseline approach in which each user holds an autonomous master key forencrypting the convergent keys and outsourcing them to the server. As a proof of concept, encompass the implementation framework of proposed authorized duplicate check scheme and conduct experiments using these prototype. In proposed system involve authorized duplicate checkscheme sustain minimal overhead compared to normal operations.De-duplication is one of important data compression techniques for eliminating duplicate copies of repeating data. For that purpose Authorized duplication check system is used. This paper addresses problem of privacy preserving de-duplication in cloud computing and introduce a new de-duplication system supporting for Differential Authorization, Authorized Duplicate Check, Unfeasiblity of file token/duplicate-check token, In distinguishability of file token/duplicate-check token, Data affinity. In this project we are presenting the certified data de-duplication toprotect the data security by counting differential privileges of users in the duplicate check.Different new de-duplication constructions presented for supporting authorized duplicate check

Experimental evidence for fast cluster formation of chain oxygen vacancies in YBa2Cu3O7-d being at the origin of the fishtail anomaly

We report on three different and complementary measurements, namely magnetisation measurements, positron annihilation spectroscopy and NMR measurements, which give evidence that the formation of oxygen vacancy clusters is on the origin of the fishtail anomaly in YBa2Cu3O7-d. While in the case of YBa2Cu3O7.0 the anomaly is intrinsically absent, it can be suppressed in the optimally doped state where vacancies are present. We therefore conclude that the single vacancies or point defects can not be responsible for this anomaly but that clusters of oxygen vacancies are on its origin.Comment: 10 pages, 4 figures, submitted to PR
